Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. These terms explain the responsibilities, policies and conditions applicable to projects and services provided by TechInArticle.

Last Updated: August 2026

By engaging with TechInArticle or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms outlined on this page. These terms are intended to create a clear understanding between TechInArticle and its clients regarding project execution, payments, revisions, responsibilities and deliverables.

01

TechInArticle provides digital services to businesses, brands, organizations and individuals. Our services may include website development, SEO, social media marketing, branding, graphic design, content creation, video editing, digital marketing and related technology services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all projects, consultations, services and engagements undertaken by TechInArticle.

02

The exact services provided to a client will depend on the selected package, quotation, proposal or mutually agreed project scope.

  • Social Media Management
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Branding & Visual Design
  • Graphic Design
  • Content Creation
  • Video Editing
  • Digital Marketing
  • Google Business Profile Management
03

Project Scope

Every project will be executed according to the agreed scope of work. Any additional functionality, pages, features, designs, revisions or services outside the original scope may require an additional charge.

Changes requested after approval of a particular stage may also affect the project timeline and cost.

04

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated before the project begins. Depending on the project, TechInArticle may require an advance payment before starting the work.

  • The agreed advance amount must be paid before commencement of the project.
  • Remaining payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Work may be paused if an outstanding payment remains unpaid.
  • Final files, credentials or deliverables may be withheld until applicable outstanding payments are cleared.
05

Advance Payment & Refund Policy

An advance payment is generally collected to confirm the project and allow TechInArticle to allocate resources, time and manpower toward the project.

Advance Payment

Once the required advance payment has been received and the project work has officially commenced, the advance payment will generally be non-refundable because project resources, planning, development, design or other execution work may already have been allocated.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, any refund will depend on the specific agreement, expenses already incurred, third-party purchases and applicable terms communicated to the client.

Domain names, hosting, third-party subscriptions, software licenses, advertising spend and other third-party expenses may be non-refundable where the respective provider does not offer a refund.

06

Revisions & Changes

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the package or proposal agreed with the client.

Revision requests should be communicated clearly and within a reasonable period after the relevant work is shared.

Major changes to an already approved concept, design, layout or functionality may be treated as additional work.

07

Project Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated based on project requirements and scope.

Delays caused by late content, approvals, feedback, payments or information from the client may affect the final delivery date.

08

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and necessary information required for completing the project.

  • Providing required content and business information.
  • Providing logos, images and brand assets when required.
  • Providing timely feedback and approvals.
  • Providing access to relevant accounts where necessary.
  • Ensuring that supplied content does not violate third-party rights.
09

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for final project deliverables will depend on the agreed project terms and payment status.

Unless otherwise agreed, TechInArticle may retain the right to display completed work as part of its portfolio, case studies or marketing materials.

10

Third-Party Services

Certain projects may require third-party services such as domains, hosting, plugins, APIs, software, advertising platforms, payment gateways or other external services.

Such services may have their own terms, pricing, availability and refund policies. TechInArticle cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms.

11

Project Cancellation

A client may request cancellation of a project by contacting TechInArticle.

Cancellation after work has started may result in charges for work already completed, resources allocated and third-party expenses incurred.

Any refund or settlement, where applicable, will be determined based on the project agreement and work already performed.

12

Confidentiality

TechInArticle will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential business information, credentials and project information shared by clients during the engagement.

Clients are also expected to keep confidential any proprietary information, internal processes or materials shared by TechInArticle.

13

Limitation of Liability

TechInArticle will make reasonable efforts to deliver services according to the agreed scope. However, results may depend on factors outside our control.

For services such as SEO, social media marketing, advertising and digital marketing, specific business results, rankings, leads, sales or revenue cannot be guaranteed.

14

Changes to These Terms

TechInArticle may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms may be published on this page with a revised date.

Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically for changes.
