Important: This page describes the general service terms of TechInArticle. A proposal, quotation, statement of work or separate signed agreement may specify additional project-specific conditions. Where legally valid, the applicable signed or expressly accepted project document will govern the specific terms it addresses.

01

Introduction and Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) describes the general terms under which TechInArticle (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) provides digital services to its clients (“Client”, “you” or “your”).

TechInArticle operates through its website, techinarticle.in , and may provide services including digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), website development and other services expressly agreed upon with a Client.

This Agreement applies when a Client requests, purchases, authorizes or otherwise agrees to receive services from TechInArticle. The exact scope, price and deliverables of a particular project will be determined by the relevant quotation, proposal, order or written confirmation.

By approving a proposal, making a payment or authorizing work to begin, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the applicable service terms.
02

Scope of Services

TechInArticle provides services based on the requirements discussed and accepted by the Client. Services may include the following categories where offered and agreed upon.

Digital Marketing

Paid and organic marketing activities, campaign management, social media activities and related marketing support as listed in the approved proposal.

Website Development

Website design, development, implementation, configuration and related support according to the agreed project scope.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Agreed SEO activities such as technical review, on-page optimization, content recommendations and other specified optimization work.

Additional Services

Graphic design, video editing, content writing or other individual services only where expressly agreed in writing.

Only the deliverables, quantities, platforms, service periods and activities expressly included in the accepted proposal or quotation form part of a particular project. Any additional request may require a revised quotation.

TechInArticle does not undertake work outside the agreed scope unless the parties approve the additional work.

03

Project Requirements and Onboarding

Before work begins, TechInArticle may request the information, materials, access permissions and approvals necessary to deliver the agreed services.

Depending on the project, these may include:

  • Business details, brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Website, hosting, domain or content management access.
  • Social media, analytics, advertising or SEO account access.
  • Logos, images, videos, text, product information and other assets.
  • Written approval of the quotation, scope, schedule and fees.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that supplied information is accurate, complete and authorized for use. Any project-specific dependencies will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

04

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate business information and necessary project materials.
  • Maintain appropriate rights and permissions for supplied content.
  • Provide timely access, feedback and approvals.
  • Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Ensure that its products, services, claims and business practices comply with applicable laws.
  • Maintain the security of its own accounts and authorized user credentials.
  • Review deliverables and promptly report errors or concerns.

Delays caused by missing information, unavailable access, late approvals or other Client-side dependencies may affect project timelines. Where appropriate, the parties may agree to revise the delivery schedule.

The Client should not send passwords or highly sensitive information through unsecured channels. Where possible, role-based access and secure account invitations should be used.
05

Service Fees and Payments

The fees applicable to a project will be stated in the accepted quotation, proposal, invoice, package description or other written confirmation.

5.1 Payment Schedule

Payment terms may include an advance, milestone payments, recurring monthly fees or full payment before delivery, depending on the service and the agreed arrangement. The payment schedule confirmed for the project will apply.

5.2 Taxes and Additional Costs

Applicable taxes and any approved third-party costs will be handled according to the quotation and applicable law. Advertising spend, premium software, paid plugins, hosting, domain renewals, stock assets and other external charges are excluded unless specifically included in writing.

5.3 Delayed Payments

Where a payment is overdue, TechInArticle may notify the Client and, where contractually permitted and legally appropriate, pause affected work or withhold pending deliverables until the outstanding amount is resolved.

5.4 Written Changes

Any change in the project price, billing frequency or payment schedule should be confirmed in writing by both parties.

06

Revisions, Feedback and Approvals

Revision limits, review periods and approval procedures will be specified in the relevant proposal or package wherever applicable.

  • Clients should consolidate feedback wherever practical.
  • Revision requests should relate to the agreed scope.
  • New features, new pages, major design changes or additional deliverables may be treated as extra work.
  • Approved work may require additional charges if substantial changes are later requested.
  • Clients should review deliverables within the agreed review period.

TechInArticle will make reasonable efforts to address feedback covered by the agreed scope. No fixed number of revisions should be assumed unless stated in the proposal.

07

Project Timelines and Delivery

Estimated start dates, milestones and delivery dates will be communicated through the project proposal or written correspondence wherever possible.

Delivery schedules may be affected by the complexity of the work, Client approvals, availability of materials, third-party platforms, technical issues or events beyond reasonable control.

TechInArticle will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and coordinate an updated schedule. A deadline should be treated as guaranteed only where expressly agreed as such in writing and legally enforceable.

08

Intellectual Property and Ownership

8.1 Client Materials

The Client retains ownership of materials it owns and provides to TechInArticle, subject to any applicable third-party rights. The Client grants TechInArticle permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.

8.2 Project Deliverables

Ownership and usage rights in final project deliverables will be determined by the accepted proposal or a separate written agreement. Where no specific term is stated, any transfer of rights in custom deliverables will be subject to payment of all agreed fees and applicable law.

8.3 Pre-Existing Materials and Tools

TechInArticle retains rights in its pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks, know-how, reusable code, internal processes and tools, to the extent it owns them. Any rights granted to the Client in these materials will be limited to those expressly agreed.

8.4 Third-Party Assets

Fonts, stock images, plugins, themes, software, music, libraries and other third-party materials may be subject to separate licence terms. The Client is responsible for ongoing licence or renewal costs where these are not included in the agreed service fee.

8.5 Portfolio Use

TechInArticle will seek the Client’s permission before publicly displaying confidential project materials or identifying a Client in marketing materials, unless the relevant content is already public and its use is otherwise lawful.

09

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Some services may depend on third-party platforms, including hosting providers, domain registrars, search engines, social media networks, advertising platforms, payment processors, analytics tools or external software.

These third parties operate under their own terms, policies, availability conditions and technical requirements. TechInArticle cannot control every decision, outage, policy change, account restriction, algorithm update or service interruption caused by them.

Where third-party services are required, the parties should clarify which account owns the subscription, who pays recurring charges and who is responsible for renewals and access.

10

SEO and Digital Marketing Disclaimer

Digital marketing and SEO outcomes may depend on numerous factors outside TechInArticle’s direct control, including competition, market demand, platform policies, website condition, available budget, content quality and search engine or advertising platform decisions.

TechInArticle does not guarantee a particular search ranking, number of leads, sales volume, revenue, advertising return, follower count or specific date for achieving a result unless a legally enforceable written commitment expressly provides otherwise.

Marketing reports, forecasts, recommendations and estimates are provided for planning and evaluation. Actual results may differ.

Advertising budgets paid to platforms are separate from TechInArticle’s service fees unless the accepted quotation expressly states otherwise. Platform charges and campaign results are subject to the applicable third-party terms.
11

Confidentiality and Data Handling

Each party should take reasonable steps to protect non-public business, technical, financial and project information received from the other party.

Confidential information should be used only for the purposes of the project and should not be disclosed to unauthorized persons, except where disclosure is authorized, reasonably necessary for service delivery under appropriate safeguards or required by law.

TechInArticle may need to share limited information with authorized team members or service providers to perform the agreed services.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the TechInArticle Privacy Policy. The Client should avoid sending personal information that is not necessary for the project.

12

Cancellation, Refunds and Service Changes

Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to TechInArticle. The applicable cancellation terms will depend on the service, the accepted proposal, work already performed and any applicable law.

  • Completed work and deliverables already supplied may be chargeable.
  • Approved third-party expenses or non-refundable costs may be deducted where lawful and contractually permitted.
  • Recurring services may require notice in accordance with the accepted service terms.
  • Refund eligibility and processing will follow the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific written agreement.
  • Any disputed charges should be raised promptly with supporting details.

A refund is not automatically guaranteed simply because a Client changes their mind or a marketing result differs from an expectation. However, all refund requests will be assessed according to the applicable terms and law.

Please review the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy on the TechInArticle website before purchasing a service. If that policy conflicts with a specific signed agreement, the applicable terms should be assessed together and in accordance with applicable law.
13

Suspension and Termination

Either party may request termination in accordance with the terms of the relevant proposal or separate written agreement.

Where permitted by the agreement and applicable law, TechInArticle may suspend affected services after reasonable notice if the Client:

  • Fails to make an agreed payment after appropriate notice.
  • Provides unlawful, infringing or unauthorized materials.
  • Requests activity that violates applicable law or third-party policies.
  • Materially breaches the agreed service terms and fails to address the breach within a reasonable period, where a remedy is possible.

Upon termination, the parties should settle outstanding fees and agree on the handling of completed work, in-progress deliverables, account access and any transferable project materials, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

14

Warranties, Liability and Indemnity

14.1 Standard of Service

TechInArticle will use reasonable care and skill when delivering the services described in the accepted project scope.

14.2 No Unstated Guarantees

Except for commitments expressly made in writing and permitted by law, no particular commercial outcome, ranking, conversion rate, traffic level or business performance is guaranteed.

14.3 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be responsible for losses that are remote or unforeseeable in the circumstances. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or restricts liability where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by law.

Any additional agreed liability limits must be stated expressly in the relevant written agreement and must be legally enforceable.

14.4 Client-Supplied Materials

The Client is responsible for ensuring it has the necessary rights to materials and instructions it provides. Each party remains responsible for its own unlawful acts, negligence and contractual breaches as determined under applicable law.

15

Disputes and Governing Law

If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication and written discussion.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue the remedies available under applicable law before a competent forum.

This Agreement will be interpreted under the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory legal protections and rules concerning jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section limits a consumer’s statutory rights or prevents a party from approaching a competent authority or forum where legally entitled to do so.

16

Changes to This Agreement

TechInArticle may update this general Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in its services, operations or applicable requirements.

The updated version will display a revised date. Changes will apply as permitted by law and will not automatically override an existing signed agreement where doing so would be legally ineffective.

For an ongoing project, any material change to agreed fees, deliverables, timelines or other project-specific terms should be communicated to the Client and confirmed where required.

17

Acceptance and Contact Information

A Client may accept the applicable service terms by approving a proposal, signing a separate agreement, confirming an order, making a payment or authorizing work to commence, as appropriate to the transaction and applicable law.
