About these terms: These Terms & Conditions establish the general rules for accessing the TechInArticle website and engaging with our services. Individual projects may also be governed by a quotation, proposal, invoice, statement of work or separate written agreement. If a signed or expressly accepted project agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific agreement will govern the conflicting project details to the extent permitted by applicable law.

01

Introduction

Welcome to TechInArticle (“TechInArticle”, “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, techinarticle.in, and the digital services we offer, subject to any separate agreement applicable to a particular project.

TechInArticle provides digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), website development and related digital services. The exact scope of work depends on the service selected and the details agreed with the client.

In these terms, “client”, “you” or “your” means any person or organization accessing our website, enquiring about our services or engaging TechInArticle for a project.

These terms are intended to be read together with any applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, service-specific conditions and our Privacy Policy.
02

Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, approving a proposal or purchasing a service, you acknowledge that these terms apply to your use of the relevant website features or services.

If you act on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to communicate with us and make commitments on its behalf.

  • You must provide accurate and non-misleading information when dealing with TechInArticle.
  • You must have the legal capacity and authority required to enter into the relevant agreement.
  • You must not use our website or services for unlawful, deceptive or unauthorized purposes.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue the relevant website use or refrain from purchasing the affected services.

Where applicable law gives you rights that cannot be excluded by a website agreement, nothing in these terms is intended to remove those rights.

03

Our Services

TechInArticle offers digital services to businesses, organizations and other clients. Depending on the relevant agreement, services may include:

Digital Marketing

Paid marketing, campaign management, organic marketing support and related digital promotion services.

Website Development

Website planning, design, development, configuration, maintenance or related work where expressly included in the scope.

Search Engine Optimization

SEO audits, on-page improvements, technical recommendations, content optimization and other agreed SEO work.

Additional Services

Other creative or digital services may be provided when their scope, pricing and deliverables are agreed separately.

Scope of Work

The service description on our website is general information and does not automatically guarantee that every listed activity is included in a particular package or project.

The deliverables, quantity, schedule, tools, access requirements, fees and exclusions for each project should be confirmed in the relevant proposal, quotation or written communication.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, purchasing a service does not guarantee a particular advertising result, search ranking, traffic volume, lead count, sale or business outcome.
04

Enquiries, Orders and Service Agreements

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quotation does not, by itself, require either party to proceed with a project.

A project may be treated as confirmed when the relevant proposal or scope has been accepted and any agreed advance payment, onboarding requirement or other condition has been completed.

  • Clients should review the service scope, price, deliverables and exclusions before confirming an order.
  • Verbal discussions should be confirmed in writing where they change the agreed scope or commercial terms.
  • Any special requirements should be disclosed before work begins.
  • Changes to a confirmed order may require a revised quotation, schedule or written approval.

TechInArticle may decline an enquiry or proposed engagement where it is unlawful, impractical, outside our capabilities or otherwise unsuitable, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual obligations.

05

Pricing, Payments, Taxes and Refunds

Pricing

Prices displayed on our website, advertisements or promotional material may be indicative and may be updated from time to time. The price applicable to your project will be the price confirmed in the relevant quotation, invoice or accepted proposal.

Payment Terms

  • Payment milestones, advance amounts and due dates will be communicated before or when the order is confirmed.
  • Clients are responsible for paying agreed invoices by the specified due dates.
  • Work may be paused where an agreed payment remains overdue, subject to applicable law and the relevant agreement.
  • Third-party expenses, advertising spend, hosting, domains, licences, subscriptions and paid tools are included only where expressly stated.

Taxes and Additional Costs

Applicable taxes and third-party charges will be handled as specified in the quotation or invoice and in accordance with applicable law. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate fee.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, work already performed, expenses incurred, payment terms and applicable law. Any specific cancellation or refund policy supplied with an order will also apply.

Please contact support before assuming that a payment is refundable. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund or remedy that is mandatory under applicable law.

For clarity, clients should request written confirmation of any project-specific refund, cancellation or rescheduling arrangement before making payment.
06

Client Responsibilities

Successful delivery often depends on timely cooperation between TechInArticle and the client. Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for the following:

  • Providing accurate business details, project requirements, content and instructions.
  • Ensuring that supplied text, images, logos, videos, fonts and other materials may lawfully be used.
  • Providing necessary website, hosting, domain, analytics or advertising account access through an appropriate method.
  • Reviewing drafts, designs, campaigns and deliverables within the agreed timeframe.
  • Giving clear feedback and appointing an authorized person to approve work where necessary.
  • Paying agreed fees and third-party charges on time.
  • Maintaining ownership or appropriate permission for client-supplied materials and account access.

Delays caused by missing information, late approvals, access problems or incomplete client materials may affect project timelines and deliverables.

Clients should not share unnecessary passwords or sensitive credentials through insecure communication channels. Where possible, use delegated access and enable appropriate account security measures.

07

Project Timelines and Delivery

Estimated delivery dates depend on the agreed scope, project complexity, availability of required materials, client approvals and third-party dependencies.

Any timeline provided by TechInArticle should be treated according to the terms of the applicable proposal or written agreement. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, estimated dates are not guaranteed deadlines.

  • Work may be delayed by late client responses, incomplete materials or changes in requirements.
  • Third-party outages, platform reviews, hosting issues or service-provider delays may affect delivery.
  • Requests that substantially expand the agreed scope may require additional time and charges.
  • Where a delay materially affects a project, both parties should communicate and agree on reasonable next steps.

TechInArticle will make reasonable efforts to communicate material project issues and progress where appropriate to the service arrangement.

08

Revisions, Feedback and Approvals

The number of revisions, review rounds and approval stages included in a project will depend on the relevant package or written agreement.

A revision means a reasonable adjustment to work within the agreed scope. A new design direction, new page, additional campaign, substantial content change or other material addition may be treated as additional work.

  • Clients should provide clear and consolidated feedback wherever possible.
  • Approvals should be checked carefully before publication or launch.
  • Changes requested after final approval or delivery may require additional fees.
  • Where no revision allowance has been agreed, any included changes must be confirmed in writing.

TechInArticle may rely on written approvals from the client or an authorized representative when proceeding with the next project stage.

09

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Client Materials

The client retains ownership of materials supplied by the client, subject to any third-party rights. The client grants TechInArticle permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.

Project Deliverables

Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables will depend on the applicable proposal, service agreement and payment status. Where the agreement is silent, the parties should clarify ownership and permitted use in writing.

Third-Party Materials and Tools

Fonts, stock assets, software, plugins, themes, templates, APIs and other third-party materials may be subject to separate licences and usage restrictions. The client must comply with those terms where they apply.

Website Content and Brand Assets

Neither party should use the other party’s trademarks, logos, confidential materials or copyrighted work beyond the permission granted by the relevant agreement or applicable law.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, no statement in this section automatically transfers ownership of third-party software, pre-existing tools, reusable methods or assets that TechInArticle is not legally entitled to transfer.
10

Acceptable Use of Our Website and Services

You agree not to misuse our website, communications or services. Prohibited conduct includes, where applicable:

  • Using our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to our systems, accounts or restricted areas.
  • Introducing malware, harmful code or other malicious material.
  • Interfering with website availability, security or normal operation.
  • Submitting information or materials that infringe another person’s rights.
  • Using our services to publish or distribute content that is unlawful or prohibited by applicable law.
  • Misrepresenting your identity, authority, business or project requirements.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including restricting access or suspending affected work where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

11

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Digital projects may depend on third-party platforms and providers, including search engines, advertising networks, social media platforms, domain registrars, hosting providers, payment processors and software vendors.

These third parties operate under their own terms, policies, pricing and technical requirements. Their services may change, become unavailable, restrict an account or discontinue features independently of TechInArticle.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, TechInArticle does not control the decisions, systems, policies or uptime of independent third-party providers.

Clients remain responsible for their own accounts, business information, platform compliance and applicable third-party subscription or advertising charges, except to the extent specifically agreed in writing.

12

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Website Information

We aim to keep our website information useful and reasonably accurate. However, service descriptions, examples, prices and general information may change. Website content should not be treated as a guarantee of a particular result.

Marketing and SEO Results

Search rankings, traffic, advertising performance, leads, sales and conversions can depend on factors outside our control. These may include competition, market conditions, platform algorithms, budgets, audience behaviour and the client’s own business operations.

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, TechInArticle does not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, return on advertising spend, lead volumes or other commercial outcomes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be responsible for losses that are too remote or indirect to be reasonably anticipated from the relevant engagement. Any further limitation of liability must be interpreted consistently with applicable law and the specific project agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
13

Suspension, Termination and Changes to These Terms

Suspension or Termination

A project or service may be paused or terminated in accordance with the applicable agreement, including where there is a material breach, overdue payment, unlawful request or a significant failure to meet agreed responsibilities.

Where reasonably practicable, the parties should communicate the issue and allow an appropriate opportunity to resolve it, unless immediate action is necessary or permitted by the applicable agreement or law.

Fees for work already performed, approved expenses, completed milestones and any applicable cancellation charges will be handled according to the relevant agreement and applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions when our services, website or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.

Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law. Where an existing agreement requires separate consent or notice, the relevant contractual process will apply.

Severability

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

14

Governing Law, Disputes and Contact Information

Governing Law

These terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory legal protections and any specific agreement between the parties.

Dispute Resolution

If a concern arises regarding our services or these terms, please contact us first so that both parties can attempt to resolve it in good faith. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue remedies available under applicable law.
